Welcome new employees and also acknowledge department promotions.
Background/Discussion
The Council recently approved the hiring and promotions of a number of employees within the Police
Department. Chief Nierenhausen,will formally introduce two of our new employees to the Council.
Due to the upcoming retirement of Michelle Masica, support services supervisor, there has been a lot of
movement within the Support Services Division.
Marci Springsteen has been promoted to support services supervisor to fulfill Michelle Masica's position.
Kris Sandhoefner has been promoted to records clerk and replacing Marci Springsteen.
Danielle Faulhaber is the new front desk secretary/receptionist for the Police Department replacing Kris
Sandhoefner.
Linda Canton has been promoted to the crime prevention specialist roll leaving her prior position of
secretary/receptionist open.
Angie Fisher has been hired to fulfill Linda Canton's previous position as secretary/receptionist.
Financial Impact
All positions have previously been approved by council and are currently budgeted.
