Downtown Focus Study and Action Plan
I, Duane Kropuenske, Chair, hereby request a special meeting of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority on April 12, 1999, at 5:00 p.m. to be
held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear a presentation by Theresa Washburn
on the Downtown focus Study and Action Plan. The City Council will also be
present for this presentation.
• In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
