A joint meeting of the HRA and City Council will be held Monday, April 12,
1999, 5-6 p.m. to discuss the Central Business District Action Plan. You are
also invited to attend this public meeting.
All meetings will be held at Elk River City Hall in the Training Room.
All Central Business District Study participants, interested citizens/property
owners, HRA members, Councilmembers, and the general public are invited to
