RES 15-78A Resolution of the City of Elk River Accepting Bid and Authorizing
Execution of'Contract, in the matter of the Eastern Area Trail and Mobility
Improvement Project
WHEREAS, competitive bids were solicited for the Flastern.Arca Trail and Mobility
Improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibihtT
of the Bidders; and determined that U.S. Sitework is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE, IT RESOLVEDh the City Council of the City of Elk
RiVrer, Minnesota, as follows: The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City,
such contract with U.S. Sitework as is approved by the City
Attorney, for the completion of the Eastern AreaTrail and Mobility Improvements
according to the approved plans and specifications, The City Clerk is authorised and
directed to forthwith return to all bidders the deposits made with their bids upon execution
of the contract specified above.
