I,Duane Kropuenske, President, hereby request a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority on October 11, 1999, at 5:00 p.m.to be held at the Elk River
City Hall, at 13065 Orono Parkway.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS

• To meet jointly with the Economic Development Authority and the City Council
to discuss the 1999 Economic Development Strategic Plan Action Plan.
In accordance with State Statute,I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of this special meeting, in writing,
at ast one day before the meeting.
