Councihnembex Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
Resolution 16-03
A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $211.50 donation from David Waldron with
the intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for Woodland Trails Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend David Waldron for his donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnember
Burandt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Olsen, Burandt, Westgaard and Wagner
and the following against: None whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Cnnnri lmambers 01 -tar,
and the following absent: None
