CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION NO. 04-64
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
2004 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City C0uncil authorized an update of the City of Elk River
Comprehensive Plan on March 11,2002;
WHEREAS, the process of updating the Comprehensive Plan followed the
procedures required by Minnesota Statutes, and included the participation of an 18-member
citizen Task Force and multiple public meetings, all as set forth in the Introduction Chapter
of the 2004 Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held public hearings on the 2004 Comprehensive
Plan on November 17, 2003 and December 15, 2003,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the 2004 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Elk River is hereby adopted.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of August, 2004.
