CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION NO. 04-65
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
2004 TRANSPORTATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized an update of the City of Elk River
Transportation Plan in 2002;
WHEREAS, the 2004 Transportation Plan is based on the future land uses
identified in the City of Elk River 2004 Comprehensive Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the City of Elk River
Transportation Plan on December 15, 2003,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the 2004 Transportation Plan for the City of Elk River is hereby adopted.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of August, 2004.
