Gentlemen:
This is to indicate the desire of First National Bank of Elk River to purchase the lot at the
corner of King Main (legal description to apply).
The purpose would be to expand certain financial services of First National Bank of Elk
River.
We would be willing to purchase the lot for$175,000, cash on closing. It is also our
intent to formulate plans for an acceptable building on this lot during the year 2000. We
• also intend to have a building constructed on this lot during the year 2001.
We ask for acceptance of this proposal to enable us to continue being a vital part of the
downtown area and our community.
