4. What types of tenants will you be seeking(i.e.Professional services,

• 5. Will the building be investment property or owner occupied? How will
ownership of the building be structured?
The approach will be either as investment property,or develop into
shared condo/or co-op ownership.
6. What are your expectations of the HRA with regard to the cost of the
land (i.e.market rate,seller financing,etc...)?
If the project cost exceeds one million dollars cost we would like
the JRA to of the land or donate to the project to encourage the
development and help to create market incentives for development.
