EDA Bylaws suggest the EDA confirm and recognize new commissioners at the Annual Meeting. This
year,there is one new commissioner that was appointed by Mayor Dietz and confirmed by the City
Council. The new commissioner is Nate Ovall. The terms of commissioners are as follows:

Jennifer Wagner,Term Expires: 12/31/18
Pat Dwyer,Term Expires: 12/31/21
