1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called
to order at 5:00 p.m. by Acting Mayor Motin.
Mayor Klinzing arrived.
2. Canvass Results of Prim:u;y Election
City Clerk Joan Schmidt reviewed the primary election results from Tuesday, September 14,
2004.
MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER KUESTER AND SECONDED BY
COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-74 CANVASSING
THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2004 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS.
MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 5:04 p.m.
