The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. The applicant has met the
500 hours of completed course work and the license will be contingent upon successful
clearing of a background check completed by the Police Department.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license to Rita Schurman contingent upon
the applicant successfully passing a background check.
