I, Larry Toth, HRA Chair hereby request a special meeting of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority on February 5, 2001, at 6:00 p.m. to be held
at the Elk River City Hall in the Training Room.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS
0 • To meet jointly with the City Council and EDA to discuss
economic development financing tools including tax increment
financing, tax abatement, and business subsidies.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the HRA of this special meeting, in writing, at
least s ne day before the meeting.
