SUBJECT: Consider Koehler House Bids
The City is holding a bid opening on Monday, October 4, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. for removal or
demolition of the KoeWer house located at 1221 5'h Street. I will be at the Council meeting
Monday evening with the bid results.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends Council action on bids for the removal of the Koehler house located at
1221 5'h Street.
