I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, October 11, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., at Lions Park Center, 1104 Lions Park
Drive, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to hold a joint goal setting worksession with the Economic
Development Authority, Heritage Preservation Commission, Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, Ice Arena Commission, Library Board, Parks and Recreation Commission,
Planning Commission, and Utilities Commission.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the City Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
