• We had two promotions in the Technical Services Department. Angela Hauge was promoted

• The Locating department had a total of 140 locate tickets in December; one of them being
an emergency ticket, one cancellation, four meetings, 108 normal tickets and 19 updated
tickets.
• In December, the Security Systems Department had a total of 90 phone contacts, 10 systems
quoted, four system sales made, seven installs completed, 32 service calls and 10 personal
visits. The 2015 statistics are as follows: 615 phone contacts, 52 systems quoted, 36 system

• Electric Technicians continue with the meter reading, power bill, substation checks, hanging

installing new meters to commercial customers. They continue to change out the three phase
meters with meters that will be read by radio ERT. Meter change outs in Area la and lb are
nearly complete and we've now turned our efforts to effective auditing of these areas
acquired from Connexus. 1
• The power plant staff did the monthly engine run on December 16th. All engines ran well
with no problems.
• I attended the 2015 Technical &Operations conference in St. Cloud, MN on December 15th-
17th. The conference was very informative and I learned a great deal about rates and
Automated Metering. Great conference. I appreciate the opportunity to attend.
• ERMU has sent a notice of cancelation of the contract with Great River Energy for
generation capacity. The contract will terminate May 31, 2016.
