SUBJECT: Appointment of Executive Director
The EDA bylaws require the appointment of an Executive Director at the annual meeting of
the Authority.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the EDA designate the Director of Economic Development,
Catherine Mehelich, as the EDA's Executive Director, and the Assistant Director of
Economic Development Heidi Steinmetz as Interim Executive Director in 2005.
