The City Council has appointed EDA Commissioner Dan Tviete for a 6-year term.
The EDA bylaws indicate the following offices are to be filled through the election process
at the annual meeting of the Authority.

• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Assistant Treasurer
The 2004 officers were as follows:
• President—Jeff Gongoll
• Vice President—Pat Dwyer
• Treasurer—Larry Koenig
• Secretary—Dan Tviete
• Assistant Treasurer—Louise Kuester
