Improvement Project
• The following items have been completed in preparation of the Northstar Business Park
infrastructure improvement project:
• Council approved plans/specs for utilities and street construction July 18
and authorized advertisement for bids
• Planning Commission reviewed preliminary plat July 26
• Council reviewed and approved preliminary and final plat August 1
• Bids open August 30
• Council approved bid, awarded contract to Northdale September 6
Construction Company, determined cost to be assessed,
and set the date for the assessment hearing
The improvement project began on September 7`h. The City Council will hold the
assessment hearing and consider adopting the assessment roll on October 3rd.
Monument Sign
Planner Chris Leeseberg has designed the attached monument sign concept for the entrance
of Northstar Business Park. Staff requests the EDA's feedback on the concept.
