The bid opening was January 28,2016 at 2:00 p.m. The low-bidder was Municipal Builders,Inc. with an
amount of$1,450,753.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff recommends awarding the bid for the Water Treatment Plant#7 Expansion to Municipal Builders,
Inc.
