HRA Update
Councilmember Motin is a member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA).
The agenda from the September 7, 2004 meeting is attached.
Discussion items included:
. A Downtown Revitalization project update. No action was taken on a recommendation to
the City Council due to a necessary change to make the TIF District area contiguous. The
HRA will review the revised TIF Plan at its October meeting.
. Information update on the three properties for sale along Main Street. The HRA provided
staff direction on desired project size and uses for the area.
The next regular meeting of the HRA is October 4, 2004.

approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless an HRA member, staff
member, or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and
considered in its normal seauence on the aaenda.

services are also available upon a 72 hour advanced notice. Please contact the City Clerk at 635-1000 to
make a request. Examples of alternate formats may include: large print, Braille, audio tape, etc." Examples of
auxiliary aids may include a sign language interpreter, assistive listening device, etc."
