The agenda from the September 7, 2004 meeting is attached. Discussion items included: . A Downtown Revitalization project update. No action was taken on a recommendation to the City Council due to a necessary change to make the TIF District area contiguous. The HRA will review the revised TIF Plan at its October meeting. . Information update on the three properties for sale along Main Street. The HRA provided staff direction on desired project size and uses for the area.
