In July, the EDA approved a 30-day lease of office space (1 cubicle) between Mike Geatz of
IntelliPatch and current Incubator tenant Joe Roushar of KnowledGenetica contingent upon
Mr. Geatz's effort to make a formal application for the Business Incubator Program.

Mr. Geatz has submitted most of the application materials and Rich Daly, an IntelliPatch
board member will be presenting to the Incubator Advisory Committee on August 12`h. A
recommendation from the Advisory Committee will be brought to the EDA in September.
Staff has received no request to extend the 30-day lease from Mr. Geatz and the current
Incubator tenant is not eager to extend the lease.
Lap2 Technology Corporation
Rob Henningsgard of Lap2 Technology Corporation will also be presenting to the Advisory
Committee on August 12`h.
