Action Requested
Designate, by motion, the use of the City of Elk River website, at www.ElkRiverMN.gov, as the location
where transportation project bids will be advertised.
Background/Discussion
The City of Elk River, in addition to providing advertisement in commonly circulated trade magazine
publications, advertises our transportation projects on our city website. State statute §331A.12 details the
need to annually make this designation.
Upon approval, notice of use of this alternative method of publication will be published in the designated
official newspaper.
