SUBJECT: Agenda Memo for the February 12, 2001, EDA Meeting
5. Consider Appointment to Finance Committee
There remains one vacancy on the Finance Committee. The role of the Finance
Committee is to review and critique micro-loan applications and make
recommendation to the EDA regarding loan policies and applications.
Finance Committee members include:

Tom McNair
Jeff Gongoll
Cliff Lundberg
411 Dan Tviete
Paul Motin
Vacancy (Tom Bender's EDA representative position)
Staff requests that Board members bring their recommendations for appointment of a
representative to fill the vacant position. In addition, staff recommends
reappointment of the current membership of the Finance Committee.
6. Consider TIF 19 Contract for Private Redevelopment-Initial Improvements
Finance Director, Lori Johnson has prepared the attached memo that outlines the
situation in the TIF 19 District. Staff recommends EDA action on this issue.
7. Consider TIF_17 - Assignment of Agreement
Finance Director, Lori Johnson has prepared the attached memo that outlines the
request by David Decker for the assignment of the Tax Increment Note to River's
Crossing, Inc.
8. Strategic Industrial Marketing Plan - Update
Due to meeting time constraints the review of the overall Economic Development
Strategic Plan will be addressed at the March regular meeting. Assistant Director,
Marc Nevinski has prepared the attached memo regarding staff's current marketing
