Dear Stephanie and Pat :
Please accept this letter as my resignation from the Elk
River Economic Development Authority. My official residence will
be in Ramsey on February 11, 2000 . Therefore my resignation
should be effective immediately.
• I have enjoyed my association with the EDA over the past
several years and have been impressed with the dedication of city
staff and elected officials . I also feel good about the
industrial focus that has developed within the EDA.
I wish you both the best of luck in your leadership roles
going into the future .
