Next, the schedule of activities and "deliverables" for each meeting were discussed. Also, presented was an outline for the marketing plan. The committee reviewed and discussed the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, • opportunities, and threats) analysis, which originally came out of the recent modification of the Strategic Plan for Economic Development. The committee added, deleted and qualified the SWOT analysis for industrial development. Lastly, the committee reviewed the Client Requirement Worksheet, which listed the factors that are important to prospective companies considering a new location. The list also included why each requirement was important including the client's benefit.
