The city of Elk River recently notified you of a public hearing scheduled for
February 8, 1999, regarding its establishment of Tax Increment Financing
District No. 21. This public hearing has been canceled at the request of the
developer. The Economic Development Authority will not be proceeding with
the creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 21.
