SUBJECT: Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce
Business Expo
The Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo will be held on
Sunday, April 25, 1999, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Elk River Ice Arena,
1000 School Street. The Economic Development Authority has reserved four
adjacent booths with electricity at this event for our incubator companies.
Each booth includes an eight foot table and a sign stating your company name.
The EDA will be providing an additional sign reading"Elk River Business
Incubator Companies," which will run the entire length of the four booths.
• Attached to this memo is some additional information about the Expo from the
Chamber of Commerce including set up times on Saturday, April 24 and
Sunday, April 25.
As of 3/26/99, I have confirmed our attendance at this event and ask that each
of you make preparations to display product and have literature for
distribution. It is also necessary to be present during the hours of the Expo to
meet the public and answer questions that they may have regarding your
company and/or the business incubator program.
Additionally, I would like to remind each of you that the Economic
Development Authority will be holding a business incubator project overview
from 5 to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 1999. You will each be asked to present
information to the EDA regarding your companies progress, current status,
and future goals.
