SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
August 9, 1999 - 6:00 pm - City Hall
Presentation by US Postal Service
I, Duane Kropuenske, Chair, hereby request a special meeting of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority on August 9, 1999, at 6:00 p.m. to
be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear a presentation from the US Postal
Service regarding relocation of the Elk River Post Office.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
