THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS • To meet jointly with the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the City Council to discuss the 1999 Economic Development Strategic Plan Action Plan. • In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least three days prior to the meeting date.
