5. Review Hohlen Redevelopment Project and Draft TIF Plan
The following people will be in attendance at Monday evening's EDA
• meeting to provide updates to the EDA regarding the Hohlen Mobile
Home Park redevelopment project:
• Tony Gleekel, Associated Builders
• Pat Pelstring, Pelstring Capital Corporation
• Mark Winkelhake, Springsted
The purpose of the discussion is to bring EDA members up to date on
the various activities of this TIF project since the last worksession.
As expected, the project is moving along slower than anticipated.
Several activities have been accomplished over the past month,
however, including:
• Building Official inspections and City Engineer research and
analysis
• Completion of draft TIF Plan
• Information on the industrial component of the project
The future schedule for completion of this TIF Plan includes that a
draft Plan be completed by June 13 in order to forward to the School
• District and County Board at least 30 days prior to the public hearing

• which is scheduled for July 13. The remainder of the schedule
includes the following:
• June 23 - Planning Commission reviews TIF Plan
• July 1 - Date of publication of the public hearing notice
• July 13 - EDA approves final TIF Plan
• July 13 - City Council holds public hearing to establish TIF
District No. 19
The draft TIF Plan will be provided at the meeting.
