CALLING A SPECIAL MEETING FOR SEPTEMBER 21

Regular Business
I, Henry A. Duitsman, President, hereby request that the regular meeting
of the Economic Development Authority scheduled for September 14, be
canceled and that a special meeting of the Economic Development Authority
be scheduled on September 21, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Elk
River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss regular EDA business.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the Economic Development Authority of this
speci.1 meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
