which the Tax Increment Finance District No. 5 is located
(at least 30 days prior to publication of public hearing
notice)
October 1, 1997 Complete modification to plan
• October 15, 1997 Plan modification forwarded to School District and County
Board(at least 30 days prior to public hearing)
November 3, 1997 Send public hearing notice and map to local paper
November 10, 1997 EDA approves plan modification
November 12, 1997 Date of publication of hearing notice and map (at least 10
days but not more than 30 days prior to public hearing)
December 1, 1997 City Council holds public hearing on the modification of
Tax Increment District No. 5 and passes resolution
approving plan modification
December 2, 1997 Send plan to County/State for certification
