E&O Tool, Gagne Option Agreement
Attached to this memo is a short update from E&O Tool regarding the delay
• of their proposed project.
Staff is continuing to work with the individual who was interested in
purchasing the E&O Tool building to accommodate them in the Business
Park area.
Business Incubator
Staff participated in a tour of the Columbia Heights business incubator with
Harlan Jacobs, Roger Jenson, and Senator Rod Grams on Monday,August 5,
1996. Senator Grams' staff indicated interest in inviting the Senator to
attend a similar event in Elk River at the time we have accomplished
establishment of our business incubator.
Staff has reopened discussions with the county regarding use of the former
administration building as a business incubator.
