DECERTIFICATION OF TIF DISTRICT NO. 13
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve
Resolution 96-5 decertifying Tax Increment Finance District No. 13 (TL
Feeding Project).
With approval of this action, TIF District No. 13 will be decertified. It is also
required that the City Council approve a resolution decertifying TIF District
No. 13.
Overview
Resolution 95-4 was passed in September of 1995. Such resolution approved
the certification of TIF District No. 13 for the TL Feeding project. Although
. the TIF District was never certified to the Sherburne County Auditor's office,
it is still necessary and appropriate to pass a resolution decertifying the
district prior to January 1, 1997.
