NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Elk River
(the HRA)will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 2, 1995, at 5:00
p.m. to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider
the concept plans for the Mississippi Riverfront Pathway Project within the
Elk River central business district.
A copy of the concept plans for the Mississippi Riverfront Pathway Project is
on file and is available for inspection in the office of the HRA Executive
Director at City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway,Elk River,Minnesota 55330,
Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
All persons desiring to appear at the public hearing will be afforded an
opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposed concept plans
for the Pathway Project. Interested persons may also file written comments
expressing their views with the HRA Executive Director.

the Elk River City Hall, 441-7420.
