Dear City of Elk River.
As part of the Downtown Committee, I would like to say"Thank you" for your participation with
this years Shamrock Fest.
The event went very well and personally I feel it was a lot of fun. The Putt-Putt golf course was a
popular event for both the children and the adults.

It was very thoughtful of Bill to come and spend the day, arranging the parade, picking up, and
setting up the Putt Putt golf course, and the various other tasks that he took on that day.
