Approve, by motion, a peddler license to Michelle Remick, Brain Freezze Ice Cream, valid through
December 31, 2016.
Background/Discussion
Ms. Remick requests a peddler license to sell ice cream from her truck throughout the city. She has
submitted all the necessary application materials and successfully completed a background investigation.
In addition to Elk River, Ms. Remick is also licensed in St. Michael, Albertville, and Otsego.
