Dear Bill:
I am writing to confirm August 8, 1994, as the date of the EDA/Utilities
Commission workshop to discuss funding opportunities related to the
development of a publicly-owned business park. The workshop will likely
begin after 8:00 p.m., as August 8 is also the regularly scheduled meeting
date for August. Further, this will enable Vice Chair George Zabee to
participate in the workshop as you indicated he is unavailable until after
• 8:00 p.m.
When the EDA completes its regular agenda items, it will adjourn itself for a
discussion with the Utilities Commission in an informal workshop setting.
The City Administrator and Finance Director will also participate.
A detailed agenda for this workshop will be distributed prior to August 8,
