I, JEFFREY A. GONGOLL, President of the Economic Development
Authority for the City of Elk River, am requesting a special
meeting of the Authority for Monday, November 15, 1993, at 5.20
p.m. , to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special meeting is to:
a) Conduct EDA business from the meeting of November 8, 1993,
which was postponed due to a lack of a quorum; and,
b) Conduct the public hearings as authorized at the October
11, 1993, EDA meeting.
