Background/Discussion
Building Maintenance staff has contacted Sheridan Sheet Metal and we are waiting for a start date for
them to replace the gutter system in the back of the building to eliminate the corrosion issue.
The LED can lights for the interior are on order and will be installed in the near future. We plan to
replace all the existing bad florescent lights right away and then as they go bad we will replace the others.
Staff will begin some painting projects in several areas throughout the facility hopefully starting within the
next week or two. We do not plan to change any existing colors.
