There were no decisions in the council meetings held 2-16-16 and 3-7-16 that affect the library.
In a recent Houlton Committee meeting Mr. Hecker unveiled a kiosk design that might be useful for telling the
story of the rain garden, the windmill, and prairie. The decision was deferred for the conservation area at this time
due to time constraints since opening is scheduled for 1 September.
The mild winter has not worsened the concrete crack near the entrance. Possible solution is to caulk the crack this
summer.
