RESOLUTION 09-02
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTIFYING OFFICERS FOR THE
NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP) ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW RECORD AND/OR PROCESS
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) guidelines require the HRA
to complete an Environmental Review of the proposed target areas and program activities;
and
WHEREAS, HRA staff completed the NSP Environmental Review leading to a Finding of
No Significant Impact (FONSI) which has been submitted to MN Housing/U.S. HUD;and
WHEREAS, HRA staff and/or officials are required to sign off and certify the completion
of the Environmental Review Record and/or process.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the HRA for the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the HRA Chair and Executive Director are designated as the certifying
. officers responsible for signing-off on the Environmental Review Record for the
Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority this 66h day of July,2009.
