RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR 1992
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates
expenditures in 1992 for various redevelopment
activities; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority budget must be approved before
a special tax can be levied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River
Housing Redevelopment Authority that the attached
budget for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
1992 is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment
Authority this 12th day of August, 1991 .
