RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE ELK RIVER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR COLLECTION IN 1991
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Section 469.033 allows the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority to levy an amount not to
exceed . 0081 percent of taxable market value in the
area of operation for redevelopment purposes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority present to the City Council
of the City of Elk River a special levy not to exceed
the statutory limit upon adoption of the special levy
by the City Council. The said tax rate and levy will
be certified to the County Auditor as required by the
Truth in Taxation Law.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment
Authority this 6th day of August, 1990 .
