RESOLUTION 0 APPROVING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING
A R SOLU I N
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR 1990
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates
expenditures in 1990 for various redevelopment
activities; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 462 .545, Subdivision 6 ,
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Budget must be
approved before a special tax can be levied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River Housing
and Redevelopment Authority that the attached budget for
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hereby
approved.
