RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING AND
411 REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR 1989
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates
expenditures in 1989 for various redevelopment
activities; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 462.545 , Subdivision 6,
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Budget must be
approved before a special tax can be levied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River Housing
and Redevelopment Authority that the attached budget
for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hereby
approved.
Passed by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority this
29th day of August, 1988.
