RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR 1988
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates
expenditures in 1988 for economic developmnent and
growth management, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 462.545, Subdivision 6,
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority budget must be
approved before a special tax can be levied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River Housing
and Redevelopment Authority that the attached budget
for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hereby
approved.
Passed by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority this
31st day of August, 1987.
