RESOLUTION
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority is in
need of a comprehensive community development plan; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the City
currently have no comprehensive development plan which
meets current needs; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statue 462.445 ,
Subdivision 4 , Section 11 , a Housing and Redevelopment
Authority is granted the authority to make or cause to
be made, such plans as a guide for planning of Housing
and Redevelopment areas; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority will have funds
available to share the costs of a Development and Growth
Management Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority that actions be taken to
. initiate a comprehensive Development and Growth
Management Policy for use by the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority.
Adopted and passed this 29th day of September, 1986 , by the Elk
River Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
